Singapore closes in on S$35 billion green bond target
Bulk of proceeds from government debt issuance allocated for clean transportation

Singapore’s public-sector green bond programme has reached S$25.8 billion ( US$20.1 billion ) in issuance, putting the city-state almost three-quarters of the way towards its S$35 billion target for 2030 as the government allocates more financing to its expanding rail network.
