Hang Seng Bank has opened Kowloon’s first Prestige Private Wealth Centre at its Kowloon main branch in Mong Kok.
The new centre is part of the bank’s broader effort to enhance customer experience through innovative services and state-of-the-art facilities.
The Kowloon main branch, originally opened in 1971 at 618 Nathan Road, is Hang Seng’s largest branch in Kowloon, spanning approximately 30,000 square feet. It houses a mortgage centre and extensive safe deposit box facilities.
The new Prestige Private Wealth Centre, located on the second floor and covering around 3,400 square feet, is dedicated to high-net-worth customers, offering comprehensive and personalized wealth management services.
More convenient
In addition to the Kowloon main branch, Hang Seng has relocated its Taikoo Shing and San Po Kong branches to more modern and convenient locations.
The Taikoo Shing branch, originally opened in 1979, has moved to Level 6 of Cityplaza 1, providing a spacious and convenient one-stop banking experience.
The San Po Kong branch, established in 1971, has relocated to the commercial building Port 33, offering a brighter, more modern environment equipped with foreign-currency ATMs and “smart tellers”.
Also, the Tsuen Wan Tai Ho Road branch is set to become the first pet-friendly branch in the New Territories by the end of November, allowing customers to bring their pets while accessing banking services. This branch will also install foreign-currency ATMs by the end of December, joining the Hysan Avenue ( Causeway Bay ) and Festival Walk branches as part of Hang Seng's pet-friendly network.
By the end of this year, Hang Seng will further expand its footprint with the opening of a Wealth Management Centre at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering tailored wealth management and advisory solutions for Prestige Banking customers.
According to Hang Seng, these enhancements reflect the bank’s confidence in its wealth management business and its dedication to continuously improving its branch network and customer experience.
